Every 7th piece is free.
Every 7th piece ordered in our online store is on us. Will it be yours? You only find out after checkout.
This promotion isn’t running right now.
How it works
- We count every piece
Every piece ordered in our online store counts – across all products and all orders. Piece number 7, 14, 21 and so on is free.
- You find out after checkout
Nobody knows before. After you order, your thank-you page and your order in your FAM profile show the result – winners also get an email.
- You get it back as store credit
You get the amount you paid for that piece as Poka store credit. It is added once the return window for your order is over.
The details
Which pieces count?
Every piece in an order from our online store, in the order the orders come in. If you buy 2 of the same hoodie, that is 2 pieces.
These don't count: gift cards, free pieces and pieces with a price of 0, collab orders, orders that don't earn FAM points, prize orders, and orders that don't come from the online store (for example orders we create for you by hand). Orders placed before the promotion started don't count either.
How much do I get?
The price you paid for that one piece, after discounts, as store credit. Not the whole order – only the piece that landed on a 7th spot.
Can one order win twice?
No. There is at most one free piece per order, even if a big order covers two 7th spots.
When do I get the store credit?
After the return window: 30 days after your order is delivered. Then it is added to your account automatically and you see it in your FAM profile.
What if I cancel or return?
If the order is cancelled, or the free piece is returned or refunded, the store credit for it is gone.
Can I get it in cash?
No. It is store credit only and can't be paid out in cash.
Do I pay anything extra for this?
No. You pay the normal price for your pieces – nothing is added for the promotion and there is no extra purchase needed. The free 7th piece is a thank-you on top of a normal order.
Can Poka end the promotion?
Yes. Poka can end or change the promotion at any time.
