Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PURCHASE OPTIONS

This policy applies to special purchase options in our store, in particular pre-orders. We currently do not offer subscriptions or recurring payments.

PRE-ORDERS
Some products are offered as pre-orders. These products are clearly marked as such on the product page, together with the estimated shipping date.

Payment
Your payment method is charged in full at the time you place a pre-order. There are no further or recurring charges.

How to cancel
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, simply email us at info@pokaclothings.com with your order number. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days (please allow additional time for your bank to process it).

If we cancel
If we are unable to deliver a pre-order item (for example due to a production problem), we will inform you by email and refund the full amount.

After delivery
Once your pre-order item has been delivered, our regular Refund Policy applies (30-day returns; for customers in the EU, the statutory 14-day cancellation right is included).
