PRE-ORDERS
Some products on our site are available for pre-order. These products are clearly marked as such on the product page, and we will keep you updated on the status of your pre-order by email.

Pre-order items typically ship within approximately 5 weeks of your order — the exact estimated shipping date is shown on each product page, so please check there for the most accurate estimate.

Your payment method will be charged in full at the time you place a pre-order.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, in-stock items are shipped immediately, while pre-order items are shipped as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.

Cancellations of pre-orders are possible — contact us at info@pokaclothings.com. Returns are also possible once your pre-order item has been delivered, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
