REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please use our return portal at https://pokaclothings.com/apps/parcelpanel-returns/. You can also contact us at info@pokaclothings.com or via Instagram DM. If your return is accepted, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label by email at no cost to you, addressed to the correct return address for your country. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@pokaclothings.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
Custom or personalized products cannot be returned. We are unfortunately unable to accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This statutory right is already covered by our general 30-day return policy above, which applies to all customers regardless of destination. EU returns are shipped to our EU return address listed above, not to Switzerland.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days (please allow additional time for your bank to process it). If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@pokaclothings.com.
